BASIC FEES

Can be paid cash, cash cheque, cheque or BACS ...Due on the day of hire.! Unless otherwise agreed.

EXTRA CHARGES

i.e. overtime or equipment hire will be billed as an extra charge by invoice. Overtime is charged out @ £70 per hour till midnight & £129 per hour after that. It gets signed off at the end of the each day and invoiced post shoot with any other extra charges.

THE WHITE COVE

Should the cove get badly marked and so need re- painting after the shoot then unfortunatley an extra charge of £120 for paint and labour would be made... which we prefer to avoid.

We always try to keep the white studio floor in a reasonable condition for all our clients so we would be grateful if crews could try to leave it as they find it. That's the best.. easiest and most cost effective solution of all!

We provide 'dust sheets' to help facilitate this. A gleaming white cove makes all the difference and we pride ourselves on the snow white quality of our syke.

EQUIPMENT HIRE

We carry enough basic HMI, Flash, and tungsten lighting, plus production equipment to provide for most jobs, but understand that people want to provide there own, and use ours as a back up to sort out any problem situation that may arise on the day....like ' do you have a roll of black gaffa tape ... an 8x4 sheet of poly ...a boom arm...and a silver reflector ?'

We have 3 phase power at 200 amps per phase, and prefer to run our own box to studio floor cables, as mixed leads can lead to problems at wrap times. All our boxes and cables are hired out at industry standard rates.

ELECTRICITY AND GAS

are metered and agreed at the beginning of the shoot and at wrap times with the first assistant or producer and is charged out @ 35p per unit for electricity and @ 1.20 per imperial unit for gas.

INSURANCE

Please note : photographers, film makers and production companies should have their own public liability insurance to cover them for any accidents to their crew, cast, models and staff and members of the public.

AIR CONDITIONING

We have full air conditioning at no extra charge apart from the electricity it uses.
